Doesn't move fullscreen window by default in new workspace on open

When I have a fullscreen window opened and open another program that is fullscreen by default, it opens it in the same workspace, but when I minimize and then maximize, only then it's moved to new workspace. Only when maximize button is clicked, extension does it's thing.

Thanks for that bug @mi16087. Currently I only listen to size change events. Let me see if I can figure out how to listen on application open.
