weird wallpaper fill glitch

when choseing a wallpaper it does not fill even thou i set it to that only other wallpapers work it only starts to fill when i edit the wallpaper then click on it again but when i play a game it goes back to not being filled

+1 on this bug, but it's a known bug with a workaround described here: #2074 (comment).

Note: for the workaround you'll need to know where your Mpv plugin was installed. For reference, mine was here:
"C:\Users*YOUR USERNAME*\AppData\Local\Programs\Lively Wallpaper\Plugins\Mpv"

I'm seeing it too with my video wallpapers. The wallpapers don't fill in all the way around the edges, as seen in this screenshot: https://imgur.com/hQk4aMi

You can also place the config in the Lively data folder
C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Lively Wallpaper\Mpv\portable_config\
