Can't use GraphQL\Type\Definition\ObjectType

Hi!
I'm trying to use ObjectType in my Type class.

                'type' => Type::listOf(new GraphQL\Type\Definition\ObjectType([
                    'name' => 'ProductImages',
                    'fields' => [
                        'isMain' => [
                            'type' => Type::boolean(),
                            'default' => false,
                        ],
                        'big' => [
                            'type' => Type::getNullableType(GraphQL::type('Image')),
                        ],
                        'medium' => [
                            'type' => Type::getNullableType(GraphQL::type('Image')),
                        ],
                        'thumb' => [
                            'type' => Type::getNullableType(GraphQL::type('Image')),

                    ]
                ])),
            ],

Got error : Type ProductImages not found. Check that the config array key for the type matches the name attribute in the type's class.

I don't want create Type class for all my cases, sometimes its no need for me.

Some years ago I already use same logic and everything look good.

I'm not sure that's supported TBH. Dedicated class it should be.
