Change default tooltip/title of "View this page" link

Currently the "view source" link shows a tooltip of "View this page". That is a bit confusing if the corresponding "Edit this page" button not shown (due to being disabled in config), because the reader is technically already viewing the page :)

Would it be acceptable to change the default label/tooltip to "View page source" instead? That would be more explicit and would work both stand-alone and alongside the Edit button.
