Problem with ForEach

I have a ForEach statement that I can't get right no matter how I teak things. I have followed the pattern in SyncUps and also the Stack Navigation doc, at least that's what I think! I get two failures depending on the statements I've tried. Here's the first:

I'm sure the problem is straightforward, but at the moment I am not seeing it.
