rearrange chapters/sections/characters

Hello! I have been using Novelibre only for a little while, but have been frustrated with not being able to rearrange the sections and chapters (and sometimes characters) in their order as displayed in Novelibre.
If this is something I am missing that is already a feature, please let me know. All I could find in the manual was rearranging in the exported files but not in the Novelibre program itself.
Perhaps a way to drag them to a new order, or perhaps a up down arrow to move them? I feel this would be particularly useful with the sections and being able to reorder large blocks of your text after writing them.

You can just drag and drop while holding Alt. The online help is really good. I'd read it in its entirety

That's correct. You have to hold down the Altkey in order not to move elements by accident or to interfere with selecting.

Aha! Thank you. Sorry, I was looking through the manual just couldn't find where it said that.
