Describe the bug

https://scorecard.dev/viewer/?uri=github.com/Zxilly/go-size-analyzer > Signed-Releases shows that

while v1.2.3 already setup GitHub Attestations https://github.com/Zxilly/go-size-analyzer/attestations

Expected behavior

https://github.com/Zxilly/go-size-analyzer/releases/tag/v1.2.3 should be recognized as signed.
