Update wireless-regdb to the latest

Hi. I want to update wireless-regdb to the latest.

I am trying to use WLAN Pi R4 v3.2.0 in Japan.
JP is not included in the FPMS menu, but I was able to set it to JP using the CLI as follows

$ sudo wlanpi-reg-domain set JP

However, the version of wireless-regdb is old, before Wi-Fi 6E was approved in Japan, so the 6GHz band is still disabled in Japan.

sudo dpkg -i /tmp/wireless-regdb_2024.07.04-1_all.deb
rm -f /tmp/wireless-regdb_2024.07.04-1_all.deb
sudo update-alternatives --set regulatory.db /lib/firmware/regulatory.db-upstream
