Add possibility to set up custom color map #72

Would be very cool if there was a possibility to set up custom color map as it was implemented for the oncogrid.

E.g. we could simply change colorMap property of arguments on lolliplot creation

let args = {
...,
colorMap: myCustomColorMap,
...
}

let proteinPlot = new ProteinLolliplot(args);
