Asking about QR code with a border is not working on ImageBarcodeReader. #68

Hello,

I would like to ask that if QR code with a border is not working on ImageBarcodeReader. And I remove a borderline, it works again. What is the issue?

A border line could be seen as part of the barcode. It's best to have whitespace to the sides of barcodes to avoid this problem.
