Using predictive text does not enable "send" button on iOS

Problem

On testing, using predictive text to compose a message doesn't enable the "send" button:

This appears to be iOS-only, as this isn't applicable to desktop and seems to work fine on Android:

Solution

Ensure "send" button is enabled regardless of how the message was composed.
