Describe the bug

When uploading a file, the upload board overlays everything, including modals

Reproduction

upload a file
open settings or image viewer

Expected behavior

it should not overlap

Platform and versions

1. OS: Win10
2. Browser: Firefox (PWA)
3. Version: 1.0-DEV-DRDCO
4. Homeserver: extera.xyz
