Highlighter: customize the highlighter style

Sometimes when using the highlighter to view some objects, it is likely that the border of the highlighter is too thick, making it difficult to view the object.

I fully support this feature request. Actually, I had begun to try developing this feature in the past, but did not go very far. Feel free to tackle it yourself if you wish; it's not at all in my top priority tasks.

For anybody wanting to implement it, you may have a look to Focus Highlight add-on which implements customization of color, width and line style if I remember correctly.
