Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice if we could select from generic workflows instead of having to do an export to api json and move it to right folder, especially when we're actively updating subflows often, it's a bit of a hassel to have to do it every time, for updating sub flows especially.
Describe the solution you'd like
A workflow selector node that allows us to select from normal workflows, and on execute handles generating the workflow-api.json in the right file at time of execution instead of having to do it manually.
Could use something like the workflows last-modified time, tagged on the generated api json to know if we need to regenerate the api json
Describe alternatives you've considered
Normal manual api creation and moving to the right directory.
Additional context
None
