chroot: failed to run command '/prepare.sh' : Exec format error

I'm using poin2 chromebook 11c(ARM processor), which is only available for Korea now. Since I'm a huge fan of Fedora linux, I've tried to install crouton-fedora. But when I'd run command below
sudo sh ./crouton-fedora-master/installer/main.sh -r fedora -t fedora
output says
chroot: failed to run command '/prepare.sh': Exec format error

Chromebooks have been updated with new security features that no longer let people run script files as usual. This is not updated even in 2022. Is this project dead?
