Bug description

Upon granting access the client will hang indefinitely on polling for authorization

Desktop Client Debug Logs: desktop.zip

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the latest release version (Windows; Desktop; 3.15.3)
2. Follow the connection instructions
3. After granting access the window hangs on polling for authorization

Expected behavior

Not entirely relevant, but I did try to switch to the beta or daily desktop channel, and those completely failed to download, and see no way to choose which channel to download from the main download page. It was my intention to test with the daily channel before reporting this.
