Reported balance is incorrect for subaddressed wallets

Description

Wallet seeds which have made multiple transactions across multiple subaddresses report an incorrect balance when loaded into MyMonero.

• Can you reproduce the issue?

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a wallet using feather or another subaddress capable client
2. Send some funds back and forth to various addresses in various amounts
3. Open up MyMonero and observe that the balance is different (in my case less) than what feather reports

Expected behavior:

Both clients should agree on the amount in the wallet. I should be allowed to spend the full balance of my wallet, and not be limited by an apparent bug.
