[Task]: Integrate github issue types

Description

Github now officially supports issue types so we don't have to prefix every issue with a type any more.

Question: how does this play with the unito sync... will it break everything... We are not mapping our github issue type into jira already so probably nothing to worry about but needs testing.

1. update all issues with type:<type> labels to the appropriate type
2. remove the labels from existing issues and from the repo

• If I have identified that the work is specific to a repository, I have removed "repository:addons-server" or "repository:addons-frontend"

Github has also implemented specific sub issue linking so we may or may not need continued support for the milestones/checkpoints.
