Sorry for veeeery late reply.

Laggy scrolling is a "well-known" issue of WebView component (QtWebKit) on XperiaX. Currently I cannot do anything but after SailfishOS update to newer Qt version, new Chromium-based WebView module will be available (Qt WebEngine) and hopefully it will work much more smooth.
