how to get uploaded file name/path?

👆 from Local File Storage

It's overwriting the name of the file with metadata.name so there is effectively no way to get the name (metadata.file) of the file on the disk. I need it for some operations on the uploaded file like figuring mime type and converting formats etc. How to get that?
