I didn't understand where the problem was

According to Validation-Defender-Error , it seems this package cannot pass Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. There's nothing we (and also collaborators of this repository) can do.

I tried to submit the detection in the following url
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission/
Is there anything else I can do

Filling out that form is the only action that can be performed at this point, to my knowledge. Along with ensuring the form was submitted and the package reviewed. There should be a webpage with testing details. I haven't performed this process, but many other community members have.
