Feature Request: Autofill Title & Description according to the branches differences

Feature Request:

When opening pr -

• The title will automatically receive the name of the branch (Branch to merge)
• The description will automatically receive all the descriptions of the commits that are between the branch (Branch to merge) and the target branch (Base branch)

Based on Atlassian's extension with Bitbucket - where it works like this.

Checkout the setting githubPullRequests.pullRequestDescription. It doesn't do exactly what you want, but it does part of it.

Yes, I checked it.
It only takes the last commit I think.
I hope they will add a feature like in Atlassian's extension with Bitbucket,
They are taking all the commits descriptions from the first commit in the PR to the latest.
