It'd be nice to add a command to bundle simulator / precompiled game / etc into a nice folder to upload to itch.io.

Requested / discussed a bit on https://forum.makecode.com/t/getting-rid-of-the-simulator-for-itch-io/16756/9?u=jwunderl

./.pxt/mkc-cache/ should already have all the files handled (-sim.html, -sim.js, -sim.css, etc) so just wrapping it up in a nicely zippable output under /built and making sure to point to the package sim vs the actual sim
