Profile picture gets displayed and scaled incorrectly

Describe the bug
In the "My Profile" section, the profile picture is attempted to be loaded from an image BLOB, but fails to display. Additionally, restricting the height of the page does not maintain the aspect ratio of the circular image mask.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to MakeCode Arcade
2. Log in with a cloud account
3. Navigate to "My Profile"

Expected behavior
It should load the image that it does on the home page, and the image mask should remain the same aspect ratio.
