Feature Overview

Advanced logger today does not publish an instance of gEfiDebugPortProtocolGuid, which leaves option roms/pre compiled binaries unable to provide useful debug information.

Solution Overview

Advanced Logger Dxe core should make an instance of EFI_DEBUGPORT_PROTOCOL available to be able to capture debug information from pre compiled code.
