Description of the new feature / enhancement

It'd be great if we could have a radial menu launcher option similar to AutoHotPie, allowing to launch frequently used programs or queries. If we could layer some sort of basic scripting on top of that (or integration with other apps that do the scripting such as Logitech Options+ or AutoHotkey)

Scenario when this would be used?

To speed up the most frequently used tasks or tasks that require little to no user input (i.e. keystrokes) using simply the mouse. This way, shortcuts don't get used up/saturated and the user doesn't have to memorize more shortcuts.

Are you asking for a history of previously activated commands from PowerToys Run, a Macro tool, both, neither? /needinfo
