There seems to be an issue with layout opacity when dragging apps to a zone. This happens on my Surface Pro but not on another PC I have. What happens is that when I drag an app to a zone, the app moves "behind" that zone until I release the mouse button. It is correctly sized and within the zone once the mouse button is released. See screenshot, dragging Excel to second monitor, to Zone 1. Playing with the opacity setting has no effect but to make the zone more opaque or not. App still gets dragged behind Zone.
