Ideas to improve openai prompts for multi-language support

Currently the prompts for openai ingredients parsing are english-centric. For example this one contains lines that make specific examples in English.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

To better support the parsing of recipes in other languages, two ideas come to my mind:

• Add to the prompt that the parser should try to match the ingredients in the language of the recipe without translating to english (I have both ingredients in Italian and English in my data, because I save both Italian and english recipes).
• Add the option to extend (or maybe replace?) the prompt with environmental variables (or text files?) so that each user can tailor the parser to his specific language (or his specific needs).

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

• Extending/Overriding the prompt is not trivial for the average user
• The number of env variables for the openai parser become longer

I'd love to see more configurability with the prompts! I've also been toying with fine-tuning a model so it's more accurate for my data (and seeing if I can generalize that into a Mealie workflow)
