Automate backups

Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

I dont always remember to create frequent backups manually. I am worried that I will lose precious family recipes. Also I would like to store the backups on a separate directory that is mapped to a different drive in case the drive I'm hosting on dies.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

Once a day create a new backup file at midnight
Allow user to define the directory the backup will be saved to
bonus features down the road

• smart schedule (the 3 most recent backups, one weekly from the past 4 weeks, and one monthly for 12 months.)
• automatically upload the backup to google drive

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

I tried to integrate n8n, but I am struggling a bit, and I dont like the idea of having to host n8n externally. Have't found a way around that yet.
