Add "Delete" to the ... menu in Results list

Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

Currently if I see duplicate recipes (or other unwanted recipes), I have to select the Edit option on a recipe and then the Delete option.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

Add Delete to the list of options that is currently "Edit, Download, Add to Plan, Add to List, Share".

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision
