Preview box for certain settings

Problem

For some settings (for example crosshair color and thickness) a small box to see a preview of changes being made is useful to avoid starting a world just to see if it's as the player wants.

Solutions

Just add a preview box somewhere around settings window when it's useful.

Alternatives

I know nothing better than a small preview box.

In an ideal world, having this level of UX polish for all settings would be nice. We unfortunately don't live in an ideal world - we have limited time, and games/mods can theme things like this which makes previewing the crosshair difficult

The better alternative would be the ablity to change settings in the pause dialog which is covered by #6722
