Change "upvote" to signify a measurement of "I have started this resource" or "I have completed this resource" #16

Within each post, we can then display two sections:

  • LIST OF USERS WHO STARTED READING THE RESOURCE
  • LIST OF USERS WHO COMPLETED THE RESOURCE

In other words, think of each link submitted as a THING to be mastered that you could spend anywhere from 5 minutes reading to a month working through.

There are already a bunch of sites where people can upvote resources, but hearing that "Learn Python the Hard Way" is a useful python beginner book isn't helpful for someone who hears about it, but then never starts it.
