Insert a column in the workspaces table (after the redirect status column), containing an icon representing the state for that workspace. The information will come from the state and state_message fields, and should be fetched from the backend service. The icon comes from the "state" field, and the "state_message" should be displayed when the mouse hovers the icon, using the hoverable popover component.
