Feature description

The S3 tasks can run with a compatible S3 storage if endpointOverride and compatibilityMode: true.
It needs to be documented with a proper example as it's not trivial to found.

@anna-geller I see the task examples were added to MinIO plugin, but we haven't mentioned the properties specified by Loïc anywhere. Are these something that we need to add as an example to the Configuration S3 page? We can discuss later in one of our calls. 👍
