Is it possible to add heating bed support for the stock board?

ok. Well, the difference is how the board is powered. there are different timings for stepper motors in config for 12/24v.
So far my set of configs are marked "mz1" = 12v. "mz2" = 24v for board. External power part is not critical, as it doesn't change anything in the configuration.

Anyway, the current set of configs that I have in "bugfix-2.0.x" branch for stock board with bed are only for MZ2, but I'll add to MZ1 stock board as well. Maybe over weekend.
One thing to note: I'm not planning to do more changes to 2.0.7.x versions, so the next binary builds will be published either from 2.0.8 version or maybe if I'll setup automatic CI builds.

Yes, stock psu for MZ1 is 12v. Heating bed use external psu. But it is necessary to enable the control from the motherboard and receive readings from the thermistor for the PID

Which file has the BFPTouch setup? I was hoping to use the EXT-2a (PIN29 )and the zmin instead of PIN27.

I don't have that configuration at the moment, but can look probably over weekend to make that build variant... should be doable. With BFPTouch, which options are really different compared to normal bltouch kind of probe? (beside pin numbers).

So here are the instructions that should work with the probe.
The servo will be connected to Pin 29 and the optical endstop to the zmin.
Here is a list of the other setting to change.

Make sure your head drives into the middle and up before homing Z
#define Z_SAFE_HOMING
Disable MIN_SOFTWARE_ENDSTOPS so that you can adjust Nozzle/Probe Distance easily. However, once configured make sure you reenable them to give you extra safety if you want.

In our case we simply use the zMin Endstop Header that was used by the mechanical endstop #define Z_MIN_PROBE_USES_Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_PIN
For the optical endstop sensor no pullup is needed, just for X and Y if you use mechanical enstops there:
Disable //#define ENDSTOPPULLUPS
Enable #define ENDSTOPPULLUP_XMIN and #define ENDSTOPPULLUP_YMIN
The endstop logic for my optical sensor, might be different to yours. Check with M119 to make sure you have the correct enstop settings

Tell Marlin you have a servo attached

you need a delay so that the servo reaches its position, try it

No need to keep the servo always on
#define DEACTIVATE_SERVOS_AFTER_MOVE , the servo is strong enough to hold the arm without current in my case, test it with your servo!
Where is your servo attached?

And what are the stow and deploy angles #define Z_SERVO_ANGLES {110,39} , works for me, figure out your values by issuing M280 Px Sy commands carfully. X=ServoSlot and Y = angle between 0 and 200

Choose your leveling method, #define AUTO_BED_LEVELING_BILINEAR . Enable auto leveling, choose your leveling. Maybe start with Bilinear and if everything works check out UBL
Meshvalidation, #define G26_MESH_VALIDATION, enable to give you a good check if your leveling works!
use M48 to check the accuracy of your probe, really handy to check the quality of your assembly. #define Z_MIN_PROBE_REPEATABILITY_TEST
make sure the printhead is raised before homing
#define Z_HOMING_HEIGHT 5
ZProbe Offset to Nozzle (check the great documentation in marlin code):
#define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -10 // X offset: -left +right [of the nozzle]
#define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 69 // Y offset: -front +behind [the nozzle]
#define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 // Z offset: -below +above [the nozzle]
For Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER start with 0!!! Until you find out your exact distance. Otherwise you might ram your nozzle into your bed!!!
For Z-Probe Clearance set those values for a start:
#define Z_CLEARANCE_DEPLOY_PROBE 7 // Z Clearance for Deploy/Stow
#define Z_CLEARANCE_BETWEEN_PROBES 5 // Z Clearance between probe points
Additionally:

If you have already bfptouch, can you try any of builds from here: http://orava.kad.name/3d/experimental/

Variants:
bfpt_zmin - PIN27 servo, zmin for sesnor
bfpt_a2 - PIN27 servo, A2 for sensor
bfpt_a2_zmin - A2 servo, Zmin for sensor

Offsets: use M851 to adjust xyz offsets.
Servo angles: M281 to setup.

If ok, please share your offsets, angles, model for mount on MZ, I'll add that to wiki.

anycubic_mega_zero_btt_bed_bl-2.0.7.2-firmware.bin should have it. Sensor is compiled in, but not enabled. click "on" in the configuration menu to take it into use.
Or from development builds: amz_btt_mini_bed_bl-bugfix-2.0.x or amz_btt_mini_bed_bl_e0fan-bugfix-2.0.x

I'm trying to configure firmware for the MZ 2.0 printer/SKR Mini MZ board but I can't figure out how to set the if variables. Ie, get it to enable KAD_PSU_24V to set the Definitions to the correct ones.
Is there any instruction on how to do this?

it is enabled on SKR boards: https://github.com/kad/Marlin/blob/anycubic-kad-2.0.x/Marlin/Configuration_adv.h#L1210
For stock board there is not enough flash space to add it. You can try to enable it and disable something else that is not important to you... e.g. one of candidates is S_CURVE_ACCELERATION
