System is not respecting the time before a game

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter the following into the system:

Expected Results:

• ✅ System should set up three games, the first starting at 12:45pm on 1/27/19 and running for the default length of time, the others starting at 2:30pm and 3:45pm, respectively.

Actual Results:

• ❌ System sets up 3 games, but the first starts at 1:15pm, the second at 2:30pm, and the third at 3:15pm.
