Contracts that are moved from the Excel archive for one year to another are marked as deleted. Thanks for Ivan Monroy for the pointer. I had originally used both the CODIGO_CONTRATO and _SOURCE columns as the primary key because there were duplicates between files, so that must be dealt with as well when addressing this issue.
