I have a dream that one day JSCL will be ANSI Complete.

Recently I added some issues, most of them are out of my current abilities, otherwise I would fix it right way.

So my current thought about JSCL is that keep this ANSI Compliance milestone updated and attract more Lispers to JSCL!
