Switching from LibLog to Microsoft's Logging Abstraction requires some changes on how to inject a logging provider into Jobbr.

Briefly document how to approach this for NLog, log4net, ???
Update the Demo to show how that works exactly
Remove any mention of LibLog from the documentation
