- Salt
- Pepper
- Hickory and Apple wood
- Pre-heat smoker to 225-250F
- Salt and pepper wings
- Smoke for 2-2.25 hrs
- Increase temperature for the last 15 min or so. Can add a sauce at this point.
Maybe rotate part way through. The bottoms didn’t get the same color.
