Dear Jenkins Infra Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to change my username from Anna_358 to avetgit. If this is not possible, I would like to request the deletion of my account so that I can register again with the desired username.

Please let me know if this can be arranged and if any further actions are required from my side.

This is my duplicate issue. I forgot to add the service accounts and therefore created this issue #4528

Hi @avetgit , we cannot change username of accounts : you need to create a new account with the expected new username.

In order to delete your former account Anna_358, can you change its email to [email protected] to prove you have access to the account and let us know by commenting here?

Then we'll proceed with deleting your account

Thanks @avetgit , I can see your change.

Your old user Anna_358 has been removed from both JIRA and accounts.jenkins.io. You should be able to create and use the new one.
