Pgadmin automation displays HTTP 500 status code

After running docker-compose with the YAML config we obtain an error window for the web access of PgAdmin4.

Steps to reproduce:

• Clone this repo
• cd crunchypg_with_pg4admin
• verify docker daemon is running or start the service
• docker-compose up
