When I as a user want to start working on a project I want to launch a tmux session or window with a pane for every process related to the project.

Launch in new session
Window in existing session (stretch)
Save PID's for use when pausing/resuming later (stretch)
Docker integration (stretch)
Add optional start of test-runners, CLIs, etc (stretch)
