I've labelled this as a discussion because there are likely nuances to iron out. Here are some starting points:

  • What is the behavior after the bandwidth limit is reached?
  • Upload/download as separate parameters? Are both needed? (ex: many hosting providers don't meter incoming traffic)
  • Any throttling behavior?
