Missing image when cloning a quiz question

When cloning a question that contains an image, the image initially appears in the cloned question. However, after taking the quiz, the image disappears from the cloned question, and upon revisiting the quiz builder, the image is also missing there.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a quiz question and add an Image by selecting the "Image" toggle and uploading an update
2. Clone the question
3. Confirm that the image appears in the cloned question
4. Take the quiz

Expected Behavior

The image is visible as part of the question

Actual Behavior

The image is missing when taking the quiz (and is also in the editor on refresh)
