What's new

Added new features and fixed some bugs:

• Added Manual payments
• Added position links (configurable in the Position detail). A Position link creates a rotating link that points to all the banners in a position ,it can be used in blog posts, social sharing or where you want to increase clicks on links.
• Some Coinbase payments fixings
• The Paypal id was reference_id and not transaction_id, fixed.
• Decimals bug fix in banner position price
• Added links to see the Paypal and Coinbase transactions in banner details
• Minor css fixes
