Add Rally Body as part of the check

It would be nice if with every execution, the bot reported the summary of the US back to the PR. It is too tedious to open Rally and find the specific user story. Furthermore, it is also context switching

In addition to the current report, we could include the details of the user story in a section of the page/

Describe alternatives you've considered

If we implement #202 maybe this is not needed. It is still a nice to have though

Additional Context

We should add a disclaimer with the date when this data was updated to avoid confusions with stale data.
