React-joyride in a modal

Hello,
I'd like to know if you have any idea of how to make react-joyride work on a target located in a modal using React portal.
I've tried adding a data attribute on an element of the modal but the targeting doesn't seem to work, my step is not displayed.

Thanks again for your help. I've just found what I was missing.
The call to display the next step needed to be done in the onAfterOpen prop of the React-modal Modal.
