Center the map view on GPS at startup

It would be helpful to have the map view centered on the current GPS position (if available) when the application starts. It the GPS position is not available then the last one is ok.
The possibility to have last GPS position or current GPS position at startup could also be a setting and the default value set to current GPS position.
