I think this is a small bug on this website, it is mainly a language translation problem.

Thanks for reporting the bug. Can you try this option at the upper right side of the page please? And see if it turns to english or not?

yes I tried all of the language options but it is still the same when I select English or another language then it's just changed the sidebar language not the whole website if possible changed this and also added default language English so that when users visit the first time then they see the English language.
